What if my order is damaged or stolen?

If your order arrives Damaged:

  • Please contact the vendor from where the item was purchased.
  • The vendor will determine if the item is eligible or approved to be replaced.
    • If eligible/approved for replacement but the vendor cannot fulfill the request, please contact help@keep.ks.gov to have the funds reinstated to your balance.

If your order is Stolen:

  • Contact the vendor from where the item was purchased to confirm it was delivered
  • File a police report
  • Contact the carrier who delivered the item.
  • File an insurance claim
