Why have I not received my order?
If you placed an order with one of the physical goods vendors on the KEEP Marketplace but have not yet received the item(s), please consider the following:
1. Have you submitted a claim after placing the order?
- All orders must have a corresponding claim submitted along with the required documentation.
2. Have you received confirmation that your claim has been approved?
- The order you placed will not be approved for shipping unless the corresponding claim is approved. An email notification will be sent when a claim is approved or rejected, along with notes for the rejection.
3. Your order was cancelled by the vendor.
- Please contact help@keep.ks.gov to have your funds reinstated.
4. If your claim has been approved and you are still awaiting delivery, please contact the vendor using the support information provided on the vendor's marketplace tile.
- All delivery concerns must be handled with the vendor
