How long does it take to get reimbursed?

Once submitted, claims are reviewed and verified by the service provider.  If there are any questions regarding the details of the claim, someone from the support team will reach out to gather more information. 

Please note you will receive email notifications upon claim submission and once your claim is approved or rejected.

Once logged into app.keep.ks.gov, you'll see details about your KEEP funds. 

  • Available Status:  The available funds that can be submitted for reimbursement. 
  • Pending Status:  The amount of funds that have been submitted and are currently being reviewed. 
  • Spent Status:  The amount of funds that have been approved.  Once funds are "Spent" it can take up to 6-8 weeks for funds to be disbursed.  

Claims are processed in the order that they are received.  Please allow 8* weeks for reimbursement of eligible claims.
