What if I accidentally deleted a credential?

Please let us know if you’ve accidentally deleted a merit that removed your child from the Merit app by emailing help@keep.ks.gov. We’ll notify our engineering team immediately so that they may reissue it. Please allow 3 business days for your child’s award merit to be reissued.
