How can I edit my application?

If you receive a message that your KEEP application was rejected, there are steps you can take to edit your application for further review. The process is different dependent on whether you are a SNAP/EBT recipient. 

SNAP/EBT Recipients

If your application was rejected due to missing/incorrect information provided, please use this form to request changes or to upload new documentation.
Foster Care Families

Please use this form to request changes to your application or to upload new documentation.

Non-SNAP Recipients

You should have received an email with details on the reason your application was rejected. In order to update documents within your application, please use the following steps:
  1. Log into your account on merit.configio.com and click on the "My Submitted Applications" button. 
  2. Once clicked, you'll see information about the application(s) submitted for KEEP.
  3. Click on the blue Details button next to your application's submission date.
  4. Re-upload any documentation that needs to be corrected.
  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Save".
