List of approved stores for purchasing physical goods

KEEP beneficiaries may spend KEEP funds on both physical goods and services. Approved physical goods include Curriculum materials, School supplies, and Technology devices.
Vendors listed in the below filters are the online ONLY stores where Curriculum materials, School supplies, and Technology devices may be purchased. Purchases made at other stores are not reimbursable with KEEP funds.

Items purchased in physical stores and not through the KEEP marketplace will not be approved for reimbursement.

The links and instructions for using these online stores can be found in the keep.ks.gov/marketplace by selecting the category "Curriculum materials / School Supplies / Technology"

It is highly recommended that you read the instructions before beginning your shopping experience.
There are two steps to purchasing an item from these stores. Both must be completed in order for the order to be fully processed.
Once you have added an item to your shopping cart in the online store, you must leave the online store and submit a matching invoice separately in the KEEP claims app in order for KEEP funds to be used to pay for the item.
Items can not be for more than the amount in your KEEP account.
If you submit a receipt for an item that costs more than the amount in your KEEP account, it will be denied.

KEEP beneficiaries may also spend KEEP funds on musical instruments and or rentals when they are purchased from an approved music store. Approved music stores are added to the marketplace regularly and the most current list can be found in the keep.ks.gov/marketplace and by selecting Music Lesson/Instrument Purchases.
