How do I access my dashboard?

1. To access your dashboard, visit app.keep.ks.gov/service-provider. Double-check that your browser has not re-directed you to a Parent/Guardian account. Click on the Link with Merit button as shown below. (You can also view the full instructional video here)

2. Follow the steps to log in with the email and password you created when you signed up to be a service provider.

3. If this is the first time you are logging in to your provider portal, you will be asked to give permission for the portal app to connect with your organization.

Key Dates to Remember:

January 31, 2025: Final day for families to use their awards and submit claims.
February 14, 2025: Final day to settle open claims, such as appeals or resubmissions.
February 28, 2025: Final day to process pending claims.
March 31, 2025: Final day to access the dashboard for historical records.
